Withdraw Paypal Indonesia

Oke, so many review about paypal Indonesia. So, i just want to made short and clear, and not wasting your time to reading E-books about this thing. Thought i'm Indonesian, if you can't read english... then you not worth to play in cyberspace, ahahahaha.... kidding... :)

This information for Indonesia region only:
1. Open paypal account at www.paypal.com and click on sign in button. Enter Indonesia as your country, fill your profile and make sure you using the same profile with your ID CARD (name, address, etc). For start up, create a personal account, okay?

2. If you asked to fill the Credit Card data, skip it if you don't have it (yet). You can fill it later.

3. To be a Verified user, you need Credit Card. However, Indonesia is the country where Credit Card still uncommon for most people. BUT, ATM/debit card does!

The problem is, 99% ATM/Debit card with Visa logo which issued by Indonesian Bank are unable to used for paypal verification. The reason is, Indonesian bank don't have infrastructure which supporting internet transaction for ATM/Debit Card. Even some banks does have it, they only use it for Credit Card. T_T Pathetic isn't...?

4.GOOD NEWS, one of Indonesian Bank now support internet transaction using ATM/Debit Card. This bank is: BANK NIAGA, so... grab your wallet with at least 500.000 rupiah inside it (and some quarter for transport fee :) ), go to nearest Bank Niaga and open an account.

Because of this reason, you don't have to use Virtual Credit Card, or opening USA bank account anymore, save you money for better needs.

5. After you got your ATM card and activate it (Bank Niaga will profide step by step guide), log on to paypal and add the card into credit card form. by the way, the 3 digits security number is the last 3 digits on the back of your card (not the number on the front!).

6. Find the expuse number by logging in your Niaga Access internet banking, or just ask the CS by phone, fill the number in your paypal account (click the text that saying enter expuse number or something similiar like that in your paypal account :) ). And congratulation, you're a verified member now.

7. Now the next step is adding your bank information to withdraw money. The most annoying thing about bank in Indonesia is: "Bank officer or the CS didn't know their own bank code or tend not to give it to the customer!" This is funny but it's a fact.

If the bank officer or CS were too idiot or didn't want to give the bank code, use http://www.klikbca.com/corporate/sandi.html to find the code.

8. Add the bank information, and congratulation, now you can withdraw your money to your bank account (if, you have the money in paypal account ofcourse :) )

Hints for Bank Niaga account: you can write the bank code + your first 3 digits of your acount number, but make sure you add 0 (zero) before adding the first 3 digits. For example, if your first digits of your account number is 908 then:

Bank Code + zero + first 3 digits of account number
022 + 0 + 908 = 0220908
